Objectives

• Install and setup hosting server with:
  • WordPress education/information website with advanced form capabilities and eCommerce  
• Install SSL Certificate.
• Using Avada Church Demo

Scope
The results are a secure modern database driven WordPress eCommerce platform that is responsive (industry term for Mobile Friendly), easily scalable and ready to accommodate the future growth of the the Client. There will be four distinct phases.

Monitoring and Evaluation
The sites will be monitored, evaluated by the Client and Project Manager. The final evaluation will be performed by all parties. The project will be accessible for the duration of the build, 24hrs a day. Client and Project Manager will have access and admin privileges within 36 hours of being setup.

 

Clients Projected Annual Cost

The approximate cost to maintain the websites. This cost does not include any maintenance. This cost keeps the application up and running all year long. The Domain names, hosting and SSL Certificates will be issued by and registered at Carolina.Services. The Subscriptions feature is a separate annual cost paid to the third-party provider. The total first year’s costs are included in the proposal. Year two is when these annual costs are assumed by the Client.
